I just got this recipe from a lady at work today--easy and sounds delicious!
4 T flour
4 T sugar
2 T cocoa
3 T chocolate chips (optional)
small splash vanilla
1 egg
3 T milk
3 T oil
Add all and mix well. Microwave 3 minutes. Cake will rise over top of the mug. This will serve 2 if you want to share.
